1. About This Service

Detour is a youth homelessness program that works with young people aged 12-24 when they first become homeless, supporting them to get their lives back on track.
Many young people who are homeless are crashing on a mates couch, staying with extended family or at a partner’s place temporarily. They have, for whatever reason, been forced to leave the family home or are at risk of leaving and having nowhere to go.
