Western Reconnect

About This Service

Melbourne City Mission's Western Reconnect is an early intervention program that helps young people who are at risk of leaving home or who have recently left home.

The program aims to strengthen relationships between the young person and their family and to reconnect them with their community. Western Reconnect provides a creative response to young people and their families throughcasework, mediation, counselling.
